1. Purchase Manager: Code - PUR BE (Electrical) with 12-15 years of relevant experience and with atleast 3 years in procurement for thermal power projects. 2. Electrical Design Engineer: Code - ELECT BE (Electrical) with 5-10 years of experience in proposal and detailed engineering of electrical equipments of thermal power plants. BE (Civil) graduate with experience of 25 years and above in Civil execution. He will be heading the Organisation, and responsible for all civil related works, which includes estimation, tendering, execution and Project Management. It requires review of engineering drawings and strong management skills to lead a team of senior executives, achieving targets, keeping in mind of projects deadlines and cost constraints. 4. DGM (Civil-Construction), Code: CCPL – DGM BE (Civil) graduate with experience of 20 years and above in Civil execution. He will be responsible for planning and monitoring the progress of construction activities at various sites oversee the delivery of materials and quality of construction.. He should have good understanding of commercial issues concerning project performance and avoid cost overruns. 5. Manager / Dy.Manager (Civil-Construction), Code: CCPL – M /DM BE (Civil) graduate with experience of 10-15 years and above in Civil execution. He should lead a team of construction engineers and supervisors at the site. He should possess sound knowledge of construction methodology in Piling, Soil Densification and reinforced concrete work etc. He should be conversant with civil engineering designs and contracts and ensure compliance with plans and schedules. 6. Senior Engineer/Engineer (Civil), Code: CCPL –E/ SE BE (Civil) graduate with experience of 2-6 years and above in Civil execution. He should possess the skill of analyzing engineering drawings ,strong labour management skills with the capability of frontline execution. 7. Manager / Dy.Manager ( Civil-RCC Design ), Code: CCPL – RCC BE (Civil) graduate with experience of 10-15 years and above in RCC design. He should have hands on experience in analysis, design and engineering of RCC structures, pertaining to industrial structures and power plants. Head office is at Trichy and all posting (except posting no.7) will be at sites anywhere in India depending on the requirement.
