Waste
Heat Recovery Boiler is a vertical single drum boiler consisting
of economiser, evaporator, superheater, hot gas inlet duct,
outlet gas duct etc. The HRSG unit is suitable for outdoor
installation and designed to generate steam from hot kiln
gas.
Steam
drum is liberally sized, and provided with Turbo separators,
screen separators for effective separation of water from
steam water mixture.
Radiant chamber is provided to cool the dust laden gas below
ash fusion temperature before it enters the screen and super
heater section. It is designed in such a way that the gas
passes at optimum velocity and travels vertically downwards
and takes a 180 degree turn at the bottom. This will
greatly aid in removal of dust particles in the gas.
Evaporator section has horizontal/ inclined, inline tube
arrangement with top and bottom headers for easy flow of
steam water mixture. The evaporator tubes are supported
from water wall through specially designed clamp supports.
Adequate soot blowers are provided to remove soot deposition.
Superheater is of two stage design. Secondary super heater
is preceded by a row of screen tubes to cool the flue gases.
The super heater tubes are supported from water wall through
specially designed clamp supports. Economiser system is
of inline, counter flow type.
Refractory lining is provided inside the hot duct to reduce
the skin temperature of duct plate and to reduce the heat
loss. Exhaust gas from ABC (After Burning Chamber)
of kiln enters the radiant chamber where it gets cooled
sufficiently before entering into screen tube section.
Top supported construction of radiant chamber allows free
expansion. The superheater and evaporator sections are supported
from water wall .The economiser section are supported from
the bottom by adequately sized structures.
